Salah Al Nuwais is the owner and Managing Director of MEISCO Energy & Industrial Services Co LLC. He has a rich and diverse experience in the Company since 1997 and has developed a smooth and constructive relationship with executive colleagues, Clients, Principals, Suppliers and individuals.
As Managing Director, he is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the organization according to the strategic goals sets for the organization. He provides general management and manages the day-to-day operations and assures a smooth functioning, efficient organization.
His duties encompass handling detailed, complex concepts and problems, balancing multiple tasks simultaneously, and making rapid decisions regarding administrative issues. He also established strong and appropriate dealings with all the clients in the Oil and Gas and Water and Electricity Sector and maintains a productive relationship. He conveys a professional and positive image and attitude regarding the Company and demonstrates commitment to continued professional growth and development.
Salah is a professional who is business savvy, committed to positive results, and possesses a sharp business acumen. He strives to maintain a work environment that is motivating and builds team spirit and ensures that the organization recruits, retains and supports quality staff.
Salah has successfully organized, designed, planned and promoted the participation of the organization for the ADIPEC Exhibitions for several years.
Before entering the Oil & Gas Industry and Trading Sector, he previously worked at ETISALAT from 1998 to 2003, in various capacities, ranging from Marketing, Customer Relations and Customer Care. He also worked on the advertising campaigns for the general image of the corporation. Also worked as a team-member of the Committee, which handled the launching and implementation plans for the new Corporate Logo and Identity fir the Corporation. Actively participated in the achievement of the Corporate Website of ETISALAT. He has a keen interest in reading, designing, interior designing, history, travelling, philosophy, study of multi-culture and also an enthusiastic interest in sports.
Salah holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Speech Communication, from Portland State University, U.S.A.
